At Staley Meadows we take pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and peaceful environment for our residents. Our homeowners' association provides a unique sense of community and ensures that our neighborhood is well-maintained.

 

A Homeowner's Association (HOA) is a legally recognized organization of homeowners in a particular development or neighborhood. Homeowners in the association are typically responsible for paying dues, which are used to fund common area maintenance and other services for the community, including our neighborhood pool. HOA's also typically have the authority to establish and enforce rules and regulations regarding the use and upkeep of properties in the community.

The HOA Board consists of five volunteers who own a home within Staley Meadows.  The Board helps to manage the budget and common areas for the 200+ homes we have in our subdivision.  Additionally, we help to enforce rules and regulations as indicated in our bylaws.
